Do you still remember the time when you had to stand before your class and talk about your last vacation, "just as it comes” ?  You hardly managed a word, spoke a few sentences in a barely audible voice and blushed when some classmates laughed.

What about today, when you have to “defend” ideas, suggestions, novelties or opinions in front of a group? Do you then project PowerPoint slides covered in text, Excel spread sheets or multi-colour graphics (possibly prepared by someone else) from a computer and simultaneously debit (too) fast... 14 pages of comments?
